Welcome to Bimmer Auto Rental LLC. By renting a vehicle or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Bimmer Auto Rental LLC, you must:

• Be 25 years or older
  
  

• Provide a valid driver’s license
  
  

• Provide proof of active liability insurance
  
  

• Pay the required security deposit
  
  

• Agree to weekly rental payments and all rental policies
  
  

2. Rental Payments

• Payments are due every week, on time, with no exceptions
  
  

• Payment methods accepted: Cash App, Zelle, cash, or debit/credit card
  
  

• Late payments may result in additional fees or repossession of the vehicle
  
  

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals
  
  

• Deposits may be withheld for:
  
  

  • Damage
    
    

  • Late payments
    
    

  • Excessive cleaning
    
    

  • Violations of rental policies
    
    

• Deposit refunds are issued only after the vehicle is inspected and returned in good condition
  
  

4. Vehicle Use

The renter agrees to:

• Operate the vehicle safely and legally
  
  

• Not smoke inside the vehicle
  
  

• Not use the vehicle for rideshare (Uber, Lyft), delivery (DoorDash, Instacart), or commercial use unless approved in writing
  
  

• Not allow unauthorized drivers to use the vehicle
  
  

• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained during the rental period
  
  

5. Mileage & Maintenance

• Rentals include unlimited local mileage unless stated otherwise
  
  

• Required maintenance (oil changes, etc.) must be reported to us
  
  

• Renters must report any noises, warnings, or concerns immediately
  
  

6. Accidents, Damage & Insurance

• Renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period
  
  

• In the event of an accident, renter must:
  
  

  • Contact us immediately
    
    

  • Call police and obtain a police report
    
    

  • Provide insurance information
    
    

• Failure to report an accident may result in full financial responsibility
  
  

7. Pickup & Return

• Pickup and return are by appointment only
  
  

• Vehicles must be returned on time and to the correct location
  
  

• Failure to return the vehicle may result in repossession and additional fees
  
  

8. Prohibited Activities

Using the vehicle for the following is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind
  
  

• Racing or off-road driving
  
  

• Subleasing or re-renting the vehicle
  
  

• Transporting hazardous materials
  
  

Violation may result in immediate termination of the rental and legal action.

9. Liability

Bimmer Auto Rental LLC is not responsible for:

• Personal items left inside the vehicle
  
  

• Losses caused by mechanical issues (we try our best to maintain all vehicles)
  
  

• Traffic violations or tolls incurred by the renter
  
  

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any rental agreement immediately if:

• Payments are late
  
  

• Policies are violated
  
  

• Damage or misuse is suspected
  
  

• Renter is uncooperative or uncontactable
  
  

Vehicles may be retrieved without notice in certain situations.

11. Updates to Terms

Bimmer Auto Rental LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
